Change, Explore and Grow by Exchange took part as a partner organization in the Youth Exchange "Digital Wellness". The coordinator of the project is the Romanian Humanist Association. 

An unforgettable journey has just ended for six inspiring young people from our organization! They took part in an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Bușteni, Romania (11-16 March), where they explored digital wellness, online habits, and the influence of social media alongside participants from across Europe.

"This project, as my first one of the sort, was one of the best youth experiences I've ever had. I truly got the opportunity to be myself and shared many valuable conversations and activities with people of different nationalities and backgrounds, yet felt truly welcome, appreciated and connected. Particularly enjoyed the heartfelt moment of the secret friend revelation and was honored to take part in it. The various activities were pleasant, interactive, educational, and beneficial in many aspects. I got to improve my English, express my opinion and hear the opinions of others and learn from them as well." - Yoan

"I found the project in a Facebook group and I’m really happy that I did because I met someone many incredible people. The best memory is from the day we spent in Braşov. Some of us decided to go to Dracula’s castle and we had so much fun on our way to the castle and back." - Madlen

"During this project, I experienced a lot of emotional moments from the first meeting with the other participants to the moment when everyone was sent off to their homes. The project was perfect (maybe just a tiny bit of more freedom during the sessions would have made it even better but still), the people - absolutely amazing, the place - majestic. To me, there is no better start of the day than waking up to the sight of the Carpati mountain with its snowy hills. I really enjoyed the birthday party of one of the participants (even though he didn't have a birthday that day😅). The trip to Brasov may be my favorite part as a traveler. We visited the Black church and had time to dip into the atmosphere of the old town. It was great exploring different cultures through fairy tales, food, and stories. I believe that the whole team created lasting memories. Now I feel like I recall all of them and at the same time none of them. In my opinion, the exchange is made by the participants, by the people, and the facilitators are there to help us get the best of it. Although i may never see most of them again in this lifetime they all will hold a special place in my heart." - Gergana
