Change, Explore and Grow by Exchange (CEGE) is a youth-led non-profit organization based in Bulgaria, dedicated to empowering young people through international mobility, non-formal education, and civic engagement.

is to cultivate a generation of globally-minded youth and youth workers by unlocking access to transformative international experiences and lifelong learning. 

We focus on transformative experiences—youth exchanges, training courses, and many other initiatives—that foster personal growth, intercultural understanding and continuous learning.

The association aims to facilitate access for young people and youth workers to international exchange and training opportunities, while also providing ongoing support to those interested in engaging with such projects.

We are a member of

The Youth Policy Advisory Council (KSMP) - a public consultative body to the Mayor of Pernik Municipality on matters related to local youth policy. CEGE Association has been a member of the Local Youth Development Network in Pernik since May 2025 – KSMP Pernik. Our seat at the table allows us not only to contribute to local youth policy, but also to bring bold ideas, creative energy, and a fresh perspective to decision-making.
