What does it take to be an inspiring leader? How do we turn communication into a powerful tool for teamwork and success? Three passionate participants sent by Change, Explore and Grow by Exchange just returned from an Erasmus+ Training Course in Vigy, France, where they explored leadership, communication, and group management with youth workers and leaders from across Europe. 

The course took place between March 17th and 22nd. The project coordinator is the organization "Together France".

🌍 Through hands-on activities, deep discussions, and real-life challenges, they discovered new perspectives on guiding and empowering others. The experience didn’t just help them grow—it ignited their passion to make an impact!

Teodora Kamova, a participant from the Bulgarian group, shared the following impressions of the project after her return:

"It was a very nice experience, all the people were extremely nice and we get to know each other very quickly and we build a friendly atmosphere. This made working in teams very easy and enjoyable. While learning more about teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving, we had fun and used our creativity to complete the task. I loved the intercultural dinner because we were all cooking together and helping each other, which really showed how united we are, and then the food was also very good. We had a free day in Metz, which was really nice; we explored the city, had some nice croissants, and enjoyed each other's company. We had a lot of activities outside because of the good weather, which was extremely refreshing and energising."

Experiences like these motivate us, the team of CEGE association to keep working and moving forward!
